Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11am AEST on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders over A$200, or deliveries to unit/apartment blocks, may require a signature on delivery (unless otherwise requested) to reduce the risk of theft.
Correct Address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid delays.
Parcel Lockers: If using a parcel locker, please collect your parcel promptly to avoid return-to-sender charges.
Return Costs: If a parcel is returned due to address issues or non-collection, Australia Post charges approximately A$20, which must be paid by the customer before the order is re-shipped.
