Great product. Easy to install even with narrow gutter openings, with the removable base plate. Removes the guttering damming the water when there is a leaf build up. Water just drains away. Very stable and secure in heavy rain and high winds.
Love them. I have installed them on all my down pipes. I live in a very treed area and the gutters constantly fill up with leaves that clog up the downpipes. Since installing them, it hasn’t stopped the leaves but the water can flow easily down. My only complaint is that I have a very busy cockatoo that likes to play with one of them in the morning.
Just as described. Very fast delivery to NZ. Have installed with ease and now wait to see how it performs in the rain tomorrow.
A simple idea that works very well.
We are overlooked by tall gums and jacaranda trees which when the wind is right can fill our back gutters. Getting older means getting up and unblocking the down pipes is not really recommended. I fitted the Flowmate’s with a little modification to our A line ( fascia gutters) very easily and they really work. Gutter cleaning is now just a regular blow out with the gutter blower ! Win Win !
I’ve just had them installed by my roof cleaner, as he recommended them. The very next day we had a huge storm with a deluge of rain!! He will be back in three months to clean the gutters again, so he said it will be good to see the difference then.

They work! Prior to installing flowmates the gutters would quickly fill up and overflow when it rained. I would be forever up a ladder (dangerous) clearing the leaves off the useless little guards that I did have.
Very long delivery time

NOT a criticism of Flowmate!
Flowmate would have been a runaway success had my spouting been professionally installed.
However, the curved spouting fed a round, too-small downpipe, smaller than Flowmate’s outlet, with a ridge of sealant poorly applied and causing a permanent 5-7 mm puddle.
Also, the spouting was so close to the edge of the corrugated iron, there was no room to get the Flowmate properly installed.

They are great but dont fit under everything. Have a downpipe position that is under the trough of a tile. If it was 10-15mm lower it would fit. So i have one left over
