4. Order Acceptance

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

Fraud detection
Unavailability of stock
Errors in pricing or product details

If your order is cancelled, you’ll be refunded promptly via your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders from the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier. We are not liable for delays outside of our control once your order is shipped.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all retail orders. Items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned at the customer’s expense

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. For faulty or damaged items, please contact us at support@flowmate.com.au.

Trade/wholesale purchases are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmate Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
