To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@flowmate.com.au. Products must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.
